INTRODUCTION
We have extensive experience in all aspects of large-scale concrete pumping and our fleet of mobile truck-mounted pumps includes Line pumps and boom pumps ranging in size from 20 metres to 56 metres.
Our business is particularly focused on high level safety and reducing our carbon footprint and to achieve this goal we have invested significantly in state of the art concrete pumping technology manufactured by global brand leader Putzmeister, Schwing and Powercrete.
Our team of supervisors, operators and hosemen are qualified, highly trained and backed by world-class operational support.

OUR FLEET
Our fleet is constantly expanding and in the last few years we’ve invested tens of millions of dollars in state-of-the-art concrete pumping technology, primarily manufactured by global brand leader Putzmeister.
All of our boom pumps are fully compliant and less than 4 years old, with 4 of them purchased as recently as 2017. They all have the ability to Z-fold giving us the ability to perform pumping activities in height restricted areas both inside and out. With the exception of our static boom, our fleet of pumps are all mounted on late-model Mercedes trucks and include:

- Schwing 28 metre boom pump – able to open up under 5.85m
- Putzmeister 20 metre boom pump (x2) – able to open up under 3.9m
- Putzmeister 28 metre boom pump (x2) – able to open up under 6.5m
- Putzmeister 31 metre boom pump – able to open up under 5.7m
- Putzmeister 36 metre boom pump – able to open up under 8.5m
- Powercrete 36 metre boom pump – able to open up under 6.2m
- Putzmeister 38 metre boom pump (x2) – able to open up under 7.4m
- Putzmeister 42 metre boom pump (x2) – able to open up under 8.6m
- Putzmeister 48 metre boom pump (x2) – able to open up under 10.4m
- Putzmeister 56 metre boom pump – able to open up under 15.6m

SAFETY
Concrete pumping is a high-risk activity that requires high levels of skill and preparation in order to undertake operations safely. Safety is central to all of our activities and our equipment is fitted with the highest level of safety options available. Additionally, our team members are professionally trained by our equipment distributor to ensure all machinery is operated in a safe and effective manner.
Our comprehensive Workplace Health and Safety Management System includes work procedures and safe work method statements that guide all of our operations. These have been developed in order to prevent personal injury, property damage, environmental damage and near misses wherever possible. We promote the health, safety and well-being of all persons in the workplace to achieve the ultimate goal of zero lost time accidents and serious injuries.
ENVIRONMENTAL INITIATIVES
We care deeply about the minimising the environmental impact of our activities and we’re always looking at how we can reduce our carbon footprint. This includes:
• Upgrading our trucks and equipment to be AdBlue compatible. The AdBlue system cleans out exhaust gasses before they enter the atmosphere, providing a more efficient combustion with lower emissions. AdBlue is fully biodegradable, does not pollute water or soil and helps us to comply with the latest emissions standards.
• Installing squeezers on all of our pumps so we no longer need to manually check that the hose is fitted with a stop or temporary end cap to prevent concrete discharging onto soil or other areas from the hose outlet at the end of pumping works activities.
• Washing our vehicles and equipment with Extreme Green Truck Wash from Envirosafe Solutions, which is fully biodegradable, phosphate free and comes with a Safe rating.
• Investing in state of the art concrete pumping technology manufactured by global brand leader Putzmeister. The in-built technology in this equipment allows the operator to set parameters that control the pump, the boom and a variety of running functions, providing maximum flexibility, reduced fuel consumption and increased operational efficiency.
